Manor Farm was built in the 18th Century and is filled with history, which Andrew and Caroline Goodwin unquestionably preserve. Thanks to their hard work and dedication to this thriving piece of history, Andrew and Caroline successfully became finalists in Period Living & Traditional Homes magazine's Best of British Awards 2005.
Whether you are snuggled up by the log fire in the midst of winter or listening to the birds singing in the garden where ancient pear and apple trees grow — the calm surroundings make for a perfect retreat, especially once you notice the gorgeous yellow roses climbing up a pear tree... quite beautiful!
At Manor Farm we feel that rural elements are such a huge inspiration — and this happens naturally. The changing of the seasons offers a beauty that even imagination couldn't replicate. Springtime offers an abundance of yellow daffodils, followed by rich red tulips, and as the year progresses we see delightful bluebells and stunning blue cornflowers. We also have a wild flower area, which never fails to surprise us — vintage snowdrops and all sorts!
